Many women struggle with the idea of perfectionism - wanting to be the best mother possible for their children. They are constantly striving to find balance between work and family life, achieve an ideal weight, or maintain an impeccable home. This pressure to be perfect can lead to anxiety and depression in mothers. This segment will discuss five ways motherhood changes us as women and how we negotiate it as women in today's society.
