Send us Fan Mail This is one of the most difficult things to do. Most of us believe that external rewards bring us more joy than internal. You can give someone all the incentives they believe they want, but internally, they're broken. How can you motivate a team? People. Support. What. They Create. People also love growth and want to see improvement. If these two areas are insufficient, get r...

Send us Fan Mail Yes, we have all been there. Blaming, arguing, belittling, betrayal, two-faced peers, and this is how the performance of a sales team, or team in general, deteriorates.  In today's podcast, we're going to listen to a workplace scenario and point out all the wrong things the manager does in addressing the "problem." Send us Fan Mail Here's part 3 of the fiasco. Lots of feedback for all of them, and for one of them, it really just comes down to linkers. The more fillers you have, the more stumbling there is. That's ultimately what happens. This will disrupt the flow and cause you to lose a significant amount of points. TOEFL iBT Writing Course: https://arsenioseslpodcast.podia.com/toefl-ibt-pre-writi...

Nonetheless, I wanted to record the last sessions, and some of them still have a tendency of fumbling -- in question 1. However, one has finally risen...

Send us Fan Mail Often times we run over some of the most important components of a presentation. Send us Fan Mail WOW! What a day! You guys are listening to this episode a month later, but it was one of those moments when I had to ask myself, "am I going to destroy my boundaries and let them keep abusing communication? Or stand up for what's principally right?" The second choice could actually rip the client away and not renew, but I took it. In today's podcast, you'r...
