With Election Day right around the corner Angelenos are gearing up to cast their ballots. However, some previously incarcerated individuals feel as though their voices cannot be heard. Homeboy Industries in Boyle Heights is changing that. At their Flex Voting Center, individuals are not only provided with education, but also the opportunity to vote. Kelsey Goldbach reports.
