Joel 2:28-32: Conclusion of teaching on Joel's description of the signs of the coming of the LORD. Emphasis is placed on the outpouring of the LORD's spirit in different capacities for different people, based upon their relationship with HIM. Text also mentions how and where deliverance of the LORD is received.

Joel 2:20-27: Continuation of teaching regarding GOD accomplishing HIS word and bring in fulfillment the harvest of the former and latter rain that had been preciously stated by a few of GOD's prophets.

Joel 2:12-19: Continuation of teaching on the revelation of Joel. Scripture articulates GOD's desire for men to repent, priests to prophecy for GOD's people, GOD's compassion in HIS people's time of disgrace, and GOD bringing restoration to HIS people's in their time of bondage to the heathen.
