Apologetics in Prophecy

Hosea Chapter 2 uses the symbology of the prophets home life and children to tell the story of Israel. Both her failures and her future. It is very true that every picture tells a story!

The stories that we hear every day need to be put through the right lens. If you have a true dispensational biblical worldview you can easily read in between the lines. In this edition of Apologetics in Prophecy we will do just that and see that we are very close to the return of our Lord.

Just because things might be going our way for once does not mean we not closer to the return of our Lord Jesus. A matter of fact we are closer than ever! In this edition of Apologetics in Prophecy we see the clock ticking and we know we are one second closer to the rapture!

Before Hosea begins the details of his prophetic message God wants him to do something. Out of obedience he takes a wife. Not any wife but one of adultery. We find in the prophets action that he can actually feel what God is feeling towards His people, Israel. He will also have three children by her and today we will see the first one.

A couple of things on my heart to share this week. It is really trying to get to reason we do what we do here at Apologetics in Prophecy and how we will continue into the Lord returns.

As we begin with an introduction to the book of Hosea we will learn of the who, when, what, and why of the prophet's message. It is important to understand God's unfailing love for Israel even in a time of apostasy and unbelief. Getting this right will help us get the prophetic narrative and our relationship with God right.

This last week has come upon us like a whirlwind! In this edition of Apologetics in Prophecy we will se the good, the bad, and the ugly of the acceleration of end time events on the horizon.
