Another Day With Jesus

“Beware lest there should be among you a man or woman, or family or tribe, whose [mind and] heart turns away this day from the Lord our God to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a [poisonous] root that bears gall and wormwood,” Deuteronomy 29:18 AMP

“If anyone says anything to you, you should say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and without delay the owner will send them [with you].”” Matthew 21:3 AMP

“Didn’t he tell me, ‘She is my sister’? She, even she herself, said, ‘He is my brother.’ I have done this in the integrity of my heart and the innocence of my hands.”” Genesis 20:5 WMB

Since prayer is at the bottom of all this, what I want mostly is for men to pray - not shaking angry fists at enemies but raising holy hands to God. - 1 Timothy 2:8-10 MSG 

For who do you know that really knows you, knows your heart? And even if they did, is there anything they would discover in you that you could take credit for? Isn’t everything you have and everything you are sheer gifts from God? - 1 Corinthians 4:7-8 MSG 

Those in the crowd were indignant and scolded him for making so much of a disturbance, but he kept shouting with all his might, “Son of David, have mercy on me now and heal me!” Mark 10:48 TPT

We had heard of the city's glory, but now we have seen it ourselves- the city of the LORD of Heaven's Armies. It is the city of our God; he will make it safe forever. Psalm 48:8 NLT

2 Thessalonians 2:13 AMP But we should and are [morally] obligated [as debtors] always to give thanks to God for you, believers beloved by the Lord, because God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation through the sanctifying work of the Spirit [that sets you apart for God’s purpose] and by your faith in the truth [of God’s word that leads you to spiritual maturity].

“It will be like when a hungry man dreams, and behold, he eats; but he awakes, and his hunger isn’t satisfied; or like when a thirsty man dreams, and behold, he drinks; but he awakes, and behold, he is faint, and he is still thirsty. Does it sound like we’re patting ourselves on the back, insisting on our credentials, asserting our authority? Well, we’re not. Neither do we need letters of endorsement, either to you or from you. - ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:1-3‬ ‭MSG‬‬ 

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life - your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life - and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for Him. - ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‭MSG‬‬

“The other ten disciples were listening to all of this, and a jealous anger arose among them against the two brothers.” Matthew 20:24 TPT

“Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for unto thee will I give it.” Genesis 13:17 RV

“Then Jesus was led up into the wilderness by the Spirit to be tempted by the devil.” Matthew 4:1 TCENT

Jesus said, “Marriage is a major preoccupation here, but not there. Those who are included in the resurrection of the dead will no longer be concerned with marriage nor, of course, with death. They will have better things to think about, if you can believe it. All ecstasies and intimacies then will be with God." Luke 20:34-38 MSG
