In this episode we go full spoilers on Tomo-chan is a Girl!, Don't Toy With Me Miss Nagatoro 2nd Attack, The Ice Guy and his Cool Female Colleague, and Buddy Daddies. We talk a little about In/Spectre Season 2, but only a little because Shabs hasn't seen any of the show.

Inspired by an Anime Shirt his mom got him for Christmas last year, Jonny decided to finally introduce Shabs to a long-form Shonen Series. We watched all of the Hunter Exam Arc (minus the 2 recap episodes) of Hunter X Hunter. Spoiler Alert we had a lot of fun along the way!

This week we dive into the first Makoto Shinkai movie Jonny's ever seen like 10 years ago? Did it destroy him? Was he already sad and this movie didn't help? And what does Shabs think of all this? you'll have to listen to find out.

It's the start of Makoto March. We're watching his debut film this time around. It's an atmospheric piece that uses a lot of themes he will explore later in his more famous pieces.

This week Jonny and Shabs watch Summer Wars. Wait no that's not it. They watch Beauty and the Beast. No wait that's not it. They watch The Digimon Movie. Wait no that' not it. They watch Frozen. No wait that's not it. That's right. They're watching some sort of hybrid of those movies called Belle. Beautiful Visuals, Beautiful songs, and some Summer Wars / Digimon character designs.

This time, our beloved boys, Jonny and Shabs, are forced to watch one of our past, current, and future guest, Dylan Roewe's favorite animes, Charlotte. Kids get super power and the government will exploit them. A good romance that seems a bit poorly paced at times, a bit awkward at times, but overall a nice diamond in the rough.

This episode, we sit down with Shabs's brother Corey for his first anime since Pokémon. Will he like it? Can he even name 10 anime? Why get an outsider's opinion on the anime community? What do people think of us? Will he come back on the show in the future? All this and more as we discuss the lovely film Porco Rosso!
