This week we watched, or at least Jess and I watched Darling in the Franxx. andAsce explains what he did on the episode! This is a great coming of age anime in our opinions mixed with Mecha and Sci-fi. Zero Two and Hiro's romantic journey is well written and has a few big ups and downs, listen in to hear more about the cast! This week we visit 2015's Overlord season 1 and man was it great! We all thoroughly enjoyed this, and Asce is now a fan after dodging this anime like crazy. This week real life got in the way so we are a little late, sorry! We reviewed Asce's recommendation of 2017's Grimoire of Zero and it was.....an enjoyable but pretty average anime. This week was a trial to get through. 2018's Mirai was painfully bad. The characters were not well written, the main character yelled and cried the entire time, and the plot was pretty nonexistent.
