Resentment, we all have it, it seems harmless, but the it can pull us down and eat away at us till there is nothing else. We don’t have to live with it we can let it go, let it go

When we want to change, overcome addiction, battle depression, anxiety, PSTD, we will have setbacks, and failure. God loves us through it all.

Man is mind, body and spirit, all three must work in unison , all three are important and when one is sick it effects the other two.

We hoard and hold back, when something happens to us we look for a big payday. What we need to be doing is trusting God

People pleaser , telling the truth when the truth hurts
