There were some pretty nasty jobs back in the day.  That is all I need to say about this episode.

In my wildest dreams I never dreamed there would be so much about this song.  We thought we record a quick episode to take it easy for Christmas and the holidays.  We ever wrong!!!

With this episode we talk about the Great Chicago Fire and Mrs. O'Leary's cow.  In all seriousness, the Chicago Fire was a terrible tragedy to the great City of Chicago with many lives and much property lost.  We will go back to the humble beginnings of Chicago and the conditions that set the perfect storm for a city to burn.

If this is your first time listening to An Hour of Your Life don't judge us by this episode.  From pity parties to trailer parks this is our annual show where we use a whole lot of words to say a lot of of nothing.  But you will get to know us better.

After taking a pause for the 4th of July we come back this week to conclude our series on food giants.  This week we cover Milton Hershey.  What amazed us is the similarities with the other food entrepreneurs.  Vision, persistence and setbacks, but nothing that stoped his dream. We should we also mention his generosity and a passion for remembering where he came from.

An Hour of Your Life has officially declared Victory Over Corona or Victory Over Virus Day!  June 2nd is the last day for health mandates in the State of Ohio. On June 3rd all health mandates in the State of Ohio are lifted.  (With a few exceptions.)
