Episode 30 is a huge milestone for me and I appreciate y'alls support. In honor of this milestone I wanted to make an episode surrounding the GOAT - Russ. It really is just you vs. you. Don't forget that you can't control what other people do but you can control what you do. If yo are putting in the time (trusting the process) and self evaluating, you're going to be just fine.

24 is my number, always has been, always will be. Don't force a vibe, don't force a desired outcome. What is meant for you will find you if you put in the work and stay true to yourself.

Choose consistency over relying on motivation. When you are consistent, you allow the benefits to constantly appear. Motivation is great but you can count on consistency.

Action > Skill. Taking action is so important, it is where you will be able to apply your skills.

Clarity in calmness and confusion in chaos. Find the right routine that enables you to have more clarity in your life.

Go do the things that excite you and remember to show up on the days that you don't really feel like showing up. Give yourself an opportunity to learn how to be better at the things that excite you and you will be rewarded tenfold.

We're grateful and thankful over here homie. We're reminded of 3 things this week, and also taking small incremental steps towards reaching our goals. Crumbl cookies are fire but so is the gym.

Can someone give me an update? Are we feeling the same way? Why are we so close to WW3, that sounds awful, it sounds wack. Finding balance and grace, that sounds the opposite of awful, that sounds wonderful. We're grateful over here. We're learning over her.
