We've returned from the road...so let's review!  Dave and his wife road-tripped west and a lot happened along the way.   From bans on certain cars in the left lane to observations about Iowa and Nebraska...there's a lot of corn out there!  We see best laid plans go awry and semi's pulling out to pass.  Oh, and then there's the lack of rest rooms too!

This is a tough story. There is no cure for ALS--also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.  The Weber family lost their father in 1999 to ALS.  Then, numerous children found out that they had the ALS genetic marker that would doom to that same fate.  Cathy talks about her battle with ALS and advancements that give future generations hope.

Tariffs for everyone!  O.K., I get it...this is serious stuff as our 401K's are getting pounded. Tariffs are the "in" thing these days. Canada may not agree, and the stock market has an upset stomach right now.  Also, we look forward to spring, the golf season and opening day!  we look at just how many of us NEVER exercise!  And finally, Trump's DOGE cuts dig deep.

OK, maybe it's just our country that's bloated!  We DOGE our way through monster cutbacks. Also, we say goodbye to February.  There's good news about chocolate and our hearts!  And, we note that eggs are the new gold and how healthy hens should be treated like royalty right now!

It's time for the nightmare of January to end....good ridance.  We pause to pay respects to those who perished and all who loved the victims of the crash at Reagan Natl.  Rest in peace.  We also review the first two tumultuous weeks of Trump, take two.  We revel in the fact that Jerry Jones is still firmly in control in Big D. And, do I detect a stirring in the Democrat ic party this week?

The election is in the books, so let's talk about it!  I shared a few observations on the transition.
