Here is hour 2 of the J&R Reunion on ESPN 97.5. In this hour we talk with Jim Mudd and Ben Nance, two former producers of the show. We continue to share fun stories of our short lived, but memorable time together.

Hello Friends! Rich and I reunited for one glorious day on ESPN 97.5. Here is the first hour. It was quite the time.

Here's one from June 2020. I was on 97.5 in Houston. At the time Deshaun Watson and Deandre Hopkins wanted to rename a building on the Clemson campus. The building is named for a former slave owner. I let them know that they may want to look around the campus to see what else has ties to that era.

Good for Carlos Correa. Your boy got tons of cash and I don't hate him for it. Get yours. But, is he actually one of baseball's elite players?

I'm legit sad that Mike Leach died. Jilly and I loved him. It seems most people felt the same way. I never got to meet him or talk with him. But, I had a few things where I was sort of on the peripheral.

Welllllll we were right. Grant Wahl wasn't murdered by anti gay radicals in Qatar...Oooohhhh no. He died of a heart issue. While the story sucks, the coverage and delivery of fake news was also sad. Will there be apologies for the spread of misinformation?

We were still doing afternoons at 790 when Brock was traded to the Browns. We celebrated by having Him take to the streets wearing the famous Assweiler can. Hijinks ensued.

Hello Friends! Brittney Griner is Free! Yay! She did it! ESPN feels like this very big news. It's actually still the top story on ESPN.com. The headline itself is actually hysterical.

Here is audio from the J&R Show. I'm not sure about the year. It may be 2012. The thing about this show is we could find humor that wasn't on the surface. This was segment in which we were listening to some mindless audio from a locker room press conference. In the background you'll hear a guy yell "Big Booty Hoe"...and we have a segment.

The Yankees have signed Aaron Judge to a massive deal. Great. They've never been able to beat the Astros with him. They've done nothing to change their standing in the AL pecking order. Astros should be thrilled.

There is ample reason to hate Deshaun Watson. He appears to be a serial predator and a sociopath. That said, there's football reason to hate him. That's why I hope there's a massive crowd in Houston Sunday.
