Opening Day is a holiday to most people across the country. It's pretty crazy that people will pay stupid sums of money to attend Opening Day when tomorrow's game will be dirt cheap. It's amazing that so no other sport has truly been able to capture the same Opening Day vibes as baseball. Astros fans are still sad about the stadium name change.

Men's college basketball is a snooze and most people can't name a handful of players. The WVU mens basketball coach left for Indiana and he's catching some hell from WVU fans...I feel like I can sort of relate.

Jilly and I spent Movie and Mexican Tuesday seeing a film called "The Monkey"... It was actually not bad. I enjoyed it. There was a woman in the theater who actually made the movie experience even better. I saw a study that claims 20% of kids use their phones in the theater. Id assume the number is higher.

I wish I got as excited about March Madness as I did when I was a kid. For whatever reason, the tournament just doesn't really do anything for me anymore. I guess that's part of getting older. I was reading a story about how the SEC is going to have a let down in the tourney...well, they have 14 teams in the dance...some of them will lose.

We had a massive storm roll through the region on Friday. It was pretty gnarly and I was actually somewhat worried. Our internet went out so I was forced to find DVD's to watch.
