The whole narrative between God and humanity is leading to the complete restoration, renewal of this broken Creation, where all will be made fully good again. We, as the Church, are privileged to partner with God in preparing the way for the return of Christ, being a sign of the Kingdom of God and living as the New Creation community here and now.

The place of the Church is pivotal to God's Story, throughout the whole biblical narrative God chooses those that we wouldn't expect, the unqualified, the unworthy to partner with to fulfil his purposes. We are qualified because Jesus qualifies us and so Rich challenges us to join in his story and bring this dark, chaotic world back to him.

Rich brings us the story of Jesus, the pinnacle of the story of God and how he dives into our story and our rebellion to God and redeems all. We are challenged to join in his mission, to confront the problems and darkness of this world and bring the light of the Kingdom of God to a world that does not know Jesus.

The narrative of the Old Testament is one of covenant, relationship and promise from God that, despite the failings of Israel and ultimately ourselves, God will always remain with us and fulfil his creation intentions.

Rich continues the series on the great narrative of God found through out the bible. This week is The Fall, an intricate and incredibly written explanation for human rebellion, why this world is in the mess it is and God's immediate and gracious plan to bring all things back to Himself.
