Blair Witch is a full contrast to Rings Day 23 of the 31 Days of Dread. Where one if successful on capturing the conventions of it's predecessors, this one (Blair Witch) fails despite having strong film makers behind the camera.

Rings is a fun movie that commits to the mythology and rules of the 2002 Gore Verbinski film and adds to it. It's not a perfect movie but it's in the middle of the pack when it comes to horror remakes and reboots.

Day 22 is another independent movie that totally delivers. Body is another tour in what you can do with limited characters, and limited environments.

Sleepy Hallow is of the class of 1999' and it's one of the most visual best modern day horror films and it artfully captures the spirit of Halloween. The 31 Days of Dread marches on. Let's get to it!!!

Day 20 of the 31 Days of Dread might deliver the best film yet. With a 3mil budget Teeth fires on all cylinders as it is well acted, directed, written, and has a great music score. Do yourself a favor and make tome for this movie on Netflix.

Gallow Walkers gets only a single star rating across the board but, as the Dream Warriors tradition continues Pete very much enjoyed this Horror Western. Is it worth a shot? What is everyone missing about this movie?
