We took a break from the Romans Series to talk about the treasure and beauty about walking in fellowship with God. This relationship with Him should be our driver in looking like Him to the world. So often, we may think salvation is just about “avoiding hell”, and that is not the case or motive of the Christian. Prayers that the message is encouraging and edifying.

A brief over view of the significance and power of prayer and fasting. When we read through the Bible, prayer and fasting were not suggested, but implied because of our faith in Christ. How often do you pray? How often do you fast? We pray this sermon is edifying and encouraging.

Our day to day worries are a means to glorify God. Our day to day worries are also accompanied by day to day grace and mercy from God. No one goes through anything for nothing and without purpose. God works all things out…for our good and of course, HIS glory.

Today we talked about “grace”, and how our misunderstanding of the word leads us to live lives that do not honor God and heap burden on us. One day we will all face judgement, and that truth needs to be understand to completely grasp God’s grace.
