If you've ever had an overdue library book, then the first thing that comes to mind is how much the dreaded fee is going to be. But can you imagine the fee on book that's been overdue for almost a 100 years?!

Some people have a love that others just don’t understand, like this story a nurse friend of mine recently shared with me.

Today my mother celebrates another birthday in Heaven. It's her 3rd to celebrate with Jesus. As I’ve done often I prayed the Lord would give her a hug as I kissed her Bible and smelled her perfume… still lingering through the pages, and giving me a bittersweet smile. Doodle for Google is a competition where contestants draw the search engine home page following a theme. This year’s theme was “I am grateful for...” and students from kindergarten through 12th grade were invited to compete.
