God will put people in just the right place at just the right time, sometimes, to save a life. Dennis Brown lives in Dallas and happen to be paralyzed from the waist down. He noticed something was wrong with his rental car and next thing he knew, the front of the car was on fire. That when Tammi Arrington, who was visiting from out of town, swooped in.

When you are overwhelmed, sometimes it's simply because you're "Hangry!" (That's hungry and angry together.) Other times that stress can be overcome by taking a deep breath in for 4 seconds, holding it 4 seconds, and exhaling it slowly for 4 seconds. After you've done all of that, turn to God and trust Him in prayer. May His peace be with you.

There's a parent out there who must be pretty proud of their son for standing up for himself and refusing to go along with the crowd that was playing pranks on the neighbors. Instead, he took their game of ding-dong ditch and turned it into something that has gone viral in the most positive way!

When I saw this feature on Good Morning America , I knew I had to check to see how far it was from our studios in downtown Dallas. See, the place is Cafe' Momentum , a Dallas restaurant that doubles as a nonprofit professional training facility for kids impacted by the juvenile justice system. The restaurant is a living example of its motto, "Eat, drink, change lives."

I am always looking for good news to share with you and I didn't have to look very far to find the heroic act of two police officers from White Settlement, Texas as they rescued a man from the front seat of a burning car!
