In this episode, we'll hear from the founders of Athletic Brewing Company (01:48), the biggest alcohol free brewery in the world. In the second part, I'll discuss the rise of adaptogens (05:57) in alcohol free beer and hear from the breweries producing them. To finish the show, we'll crack open a bottle of Adnams Ghost Ship (11:09), one of the original AF beers and a favourite among many drinkers.
