I am in Colorado and the journey getting here is quite interesting. I talk about how communication gets me here...and gets any of us anywhere on our life journey!

I was having a really emotional morning and went for a walk. I came upon an old woman drawing and struck up a conversation. this conversation lasted a couple hours, at some point involved her older sister and some quiche. enjoy :)

I drove from Portland to meet up with my great friend ethan. we haven't seen each other in almost a year and talk about his journey to being in a nomad, reflections on early days in the van, and have some deer visitors as we watch the sunset looking at Mt Hood. Enjoy!

Brandon walked by as I sat in front of a coffee shop with the puppy I'm pet sitting and said hi. He walked by again and invited me to go for a walk. We hung out and had a great conversation about solo travel and different facets of meeting people on the road.

I talk about doing my own thing! I've just parted with Hunter for the foreseeable future and I have some thoughts about meaningful connection while living in a van on the road full time.
