A downtown Victoria restaurant has started charging an extra 1% on customer bills to help cover the costs of BC’s due to B.C.'s new Employers Health Tax. Adam is joined by Kris Sims, BC director for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, as she gives her thoughts on the tax and how the restaurant is dealing with it.

Adam speaks with Sylvain Charlebois, senior director at Dalhousie University's Agri-food Analystics Lab, about the federal government launching a 25-million-dollar “Buy Canadian” campaign to educate people where their food comes from.
