Tim Stockwell, director of Canadian Institute for Substance Use Research and co-lead of the study spoke with Adam about what the study showed about alcohol consumption and human behavior.

Tonight, Saanich council will consider a change to the bylaw to allow residents to set up sales stands on their properties. After Saanich closed the jam stand down last year, it committed in June to reviewing its bylaws around sales from residential yards.
