The provincial government is providing $920,000 to the Juan de Fuca Salmon Restoration Society to improve the Sooke River Jack Brooks Hatchery. Bill Pedneault, manager, Sooke River Jack Brooks Hatchery, joined Adam to talk about these improvements.

Despite it being an election promise, BC still doesn’t have any legislation to protect endangered species. Sally Otto, University Killam Professor, Department of Zoology, UBC, joined Adam to explain why creating this legislation is important.
