Brendon Ogmundson, chief economist at the B.C. Real Estate Association speaks to Adam about the current state of the real estate market.  Ogmundson notes that the supply and demand for housing is unbalanced and some of the factors that have contributed to the market. Ogmundson also acknowledges that Canadians should anticipate prices not to lower anytime soon.
