Stranger Things 5 Chapter 6 Recap - The Stranger Things gang is in a lot of trouble. They are getting chased by demodogs, being hunted by Vecna and possibly getting sucked into an empty voide. Naturally, they find these situations perfect conversation starters. No one in this show will shut up! They just talk and talk and talk while calamity is all around them. Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Episode 2 Recap - Join me as I embark on a quest to cover every painful episode of the new Star Trek series, "Star Trek: Starfleet Academy". This week, a love story forms between the unlikable Caleb and a very attractive actress that reminds me of a young Rachel Weisz. Perhaps this show won't be all bad. The Rip Movie Review - Matt Damon and Ben Affleck team up for a brand new Netflix exclusive called The Rip. While the premise is interesting for a bit, the execution falls short with a pretty underwhelming final act that gets too convoluted for its own good. Stranger Things 5 Chapter 5 - Shock Jock - I continue recapping Stranger Things season 5 in these funny roast videos. 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple Movie Review - It's bonin' time, folks! 28 Years Later already got a sequel and this one is more violent, more wacky and more Samson...y. I did not like 28 Years Later but this direct sequel surprisingly won me over! Stranger Things 5 Episode 2 Recap - Join me as I continue breaking down each episode of Stanger Things 5, in comedic fashion. On this episode, The Wheeler family crashes out as a demogorgan crashes in. Mrs. Wheeler puts up a good fight with the creature but Holly still ends up being captured. No one cares about Mr. Wheeler. He could be dead. We don't find out. Nobody asks. My Patreon: https://www....

Primate Movie Review - A crazy chimp terrorizes a small group of good looking young adults in this brand new 2026 horror film. I very much liked the idea of taking that scene from NOPE and expanding it to a full movie. Thankfully, Primate nailed it! This flick was brutal with some great kills and memorable scenes. Definitely a fun one for January! My Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/adamdoesmovies...

Top 10 Biggest Movie Disappointments Of 2025 - There were so many bad or mediocre movie sequels in 2025, it's almost impressive. Unfortunately some of the worst offenders were also the last of their series. I was very letdown by Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning and Wicked: For Good. Happy Gilmore 2 was an expected disaster but it still stung, all the same. Spinal Tap II was another legacy s...

Stranger Things Season 5 Finale Review - Well that was a very messy season. I can confidently say that Vecna sucks as a villain and the show would have been much better off without him. Really, this entire Season 5 of Stranger Things could have skipped over like 80% of the nonsense and gone right to the last 20 minutes. A very solid 20 minutes, at that. Stranger Things had one of the best first se...

Top 10 Best Movies of 2025! - Join me as I rank the best films that came out in 2025. Overall, I think it was a rough year for movies but there were a few films that really stood out. Weapons and Together were creative flicks in the horror space while F1 was your standard, feel-good dad flick. Only one movie can take the top spot in 2025 and for me, it was pretty easily Sinners. The Top 10 Worst Movies Of 2025! - Join me as I rank the top 10 worst movies of the year. These are some truly impressively bad flicks. We have Flight Plan, a Madea movie and of course, War of the Worlds (2025). It was a very bad year for films but War of the Worlds is on another level of terrible. Pluribus Season 1 Review - Vince Gilligan's new show Pluribus just finished its first season. I was a big fan of the premise and early episodes but a lack of progression and an increasingly unlikable lead made the show very frustrating to continue watching. A real shame from the creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The bar was very high. My Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/adamdoesmovies...

Anaconda Movie Review - Jack Black and Paul Rudd team up for an Anaconda sequel/reboot/whatever. Nostalgia and humor run throughout this PG-13 comedy but the snake kills and exciting moments are nowhere to be found. Anaconda is unfortunately a very mediocre film that should have gone much harder than it did. A safe, basic movie that doesn't live up to the Anaconda name. My Patreon: https://www.pat...

Avatar: Fire & Ash Movie Review - We are back with the Sully family as they continue to evade the evil humans. They can't however, avoid the second movie, Way of Water and that's really the worst thing about Avatar 3. It is following up a very bad second entry. Now, if you liked Avatar 2, I don't think you will have any issues with the third installment. If you were hoping it would change gears an...

The Housemaid Movie Review - Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried have a love/hate relationship in 2025's The Housemaid. I'm a sucker for a good thriller and The Housemaid mostly delivers. While I can't speak to the accuracy from the book series, the film provides enough interesting developments and a great performance from Seyfried, to keep things interesting. I wish I could say the same for Sydney...
