Actually, Let’s Chat Movies

We're back!  After the Easter break we are back with Season 3 and this week we talk about Weddings! Go on, you know you want to know how much we spent on our weddings.  And is Kate going blind? Or is she just really into collecting reading glasses. We'll let you decide. 

It's our last episode of season 2 and we're ending this season on a high with a rewatch of the Lizzie Maguire Movie from 2003. The fashion, the hair, the music. We loved it all...in 2003. Cow dresses, glass ceilings and seatbelts made for men.  This week we talk about gender stereotypes inthe modern day and how we can break the cycle for our kids.  Roxy also goes into the rich history of the Tea Time Alarm in her cosy corner. And Kate is definately not laughing in the background the whole time. 

We were going to insert a fair use disclaimer here as we get a little spicy about family voggers but Roxy couldn't be bothered to spend time Googling it. So here is her attempt at a disclaimer: Family vlogging is weird and we don't like it. MLMs are bad and we don't like those either. But that's our opinion. High five!

This week is a special episode just for Halloween. We rewatched one of our childhood favourites 'Halloweentown', one of the earliest Disney Channel Original Movies. Does it hold up? Can Roxy ignore the plot holes and gaping inconsistencies? Listen and find out how far down the rabbit hole Roxy goes before Kate pulls her out!
