Bill Converse has been dedicated to the rave since he was just a young boy. Learning the art of djing and producing in Michigan during the peak of rave culture. The rain was pouring down in Los Angeles but that didn't stop hundreds of ravers filling the venue to the brim and dancing until the sun shinned through the skylights of a DTLA warehouse.
