Abounding Grace

Exodus Chapter 32 details one of the darkest times for the children of Israel, up until that point in time. The Israelites sinned through their worship of the golden calf. And because of it lives were lost. It stands out as a reminder that the consequences of sin can linger! To support this ministry financially, visit: https://www.oneplace.com/donate/302/29?v=20251111

When we left Moses last time on Abounding Grace he was meeting with God on a mountain. Now as you recall, the Lord used Moses to lead His people out of Egyptian bondage. God also parted the Red Sea for them, and was merciful and kind to them on countless occasions. In light of all of this, the people are about to grow impatient and turn to other gods. Their impatience leads to compromise! Pastor E...

Last time on Abounding Grace we learned about the ordination of the Priests, in Exodus chapter 29. They were to be separated and washed. There was the anointing of oil, animal sacrifices and an anointing with the blood. These sacrifices all pointed to the coming Messiah. What in the world does this have to do with me, you ask? More than you may realize. To support this ministry financially, visit:...

Pastor Ed Taylor is in Exodus chapter 29 as we hear all about the ordination of the Priests. Before Jesus came and died for our sins the Priests would regularly make sin offerings, to provide a covering for the sin of the people. Today we’ll see why that was necessary, and how it beautifully points to the Lamb of God who would become the sacrifice we need to remain in fellowship with God and spend...
