With all the recent deaths in my family, this week I am discussing the importance of family, loving on them while you can & understanding tomorrow is not guaranteed.

This week I discuss mental health, depression, anxiety & some of my own personal struggles with it all. Knowing when to speak up & having the courage to do so.
