A New Voice of Freedom

The controlling theme of our Podcasts is that we are all children of God who is no respecter of persons. We are all created equal by God. The primary purpose of a democratic republic is to protect that equality, making all laws equal to all citizens all the time. We need to return to the vision of our forefathers that "certain truths are self evident, that among our inalienable rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If we are to survive as a republic, we must hold firm to the Constitution and Bill of rights, to the balance of power, and above all, we must, as a Christian natio...

Season 1 Podcast 19, “Conscience.” 18.02.2021

Season 1 Podcast 19, “Conscience.” The Miriam Webster Dictionary defines conscience as  “a sense or consciousness of the moral goodness or blameworthiness of one's own conduct, intentions, or character together with a feeling of obligation to do right or be good; conformity to what one considers to be correct, right, or morally good; sensitive regard for fairness or justice.”  The primary que...

Mini Podcast # 9 The Strength to Endure 16.02.2021

Regardless of how good we are in this life, goodness untried by adversity contains no wisdom and develops no patience and no faith.  Everybody suffers, but the cries of those who suffer in patience are heard by heaven and call forth the power of God.

Season 1 Podcast 18 A New Voice of Freedom, “Satan.” 14.02.2021

Welcome to Season 1 Podcast 18 A New Voice of Freedom, “Satan.”   Christianity is defined by paradox.  Satan is as necessary to agency as is God.  Good and evil, right and wrong, moral and immoral, heaven and hell, God and Satan are necessary to law.  Take away opposition and you have nothing.  Even law couldn’t exist.  We have its likeness in temporal law.  What would happen if the law of gravity...

Mini Podcast #8 Hypocrisy 07.02.2021

A revolution appears to be a revolution because everyone is shouting what everyone else wants to hear, each seeking the approval of the other while pretending to lead.  We live in an age of self-serving heroes, each shout creating a larger shout so that one hero can be heard above the other.  Meanwhile there is only thundering confusion.

Season 1 Podcast 17 What is Real 04.02.2021

Truth and law are equivalent.  The moment we quit seeking truth; the moment we quit holding fast to truth; the moment we see truth as irrelevant, whether in temporal law or spiritual law, and exalt man’s opinion above God’s laws; the moment we confuse darkness for light—that is the moment we slide back into captivity.

Season 1 Podcast 16 Selfish Charity 31.01.2021

Season 1 Podcast 16: Selfish Charity James calls the Two Great Commandments ‘The Royal Law.’ In Matthew 22 we read,  “36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighb...

Season 1, Podcast 15, “What is Man?” 23.01.2021

Season 1, Podcast 15, “What is Man?” We cannot understand man unless we first understand God, who God is and what his relationship is to man. God is a self-existing intelligence without beginning or ending. He has always existed through all the eternities. That which has life in itself cannot be created or destroyed. God has life in himself. He cannot be created or destroyed. God is the greatest o...

Season 1 Podcast 14 What is the Wrath of God? 14.01.2021

Christ didn’t have to suffer for his sins because he had none.  Christ did not even have to suffer for our sins.  He could have left us in the grip of the unmerciful law of justice.  His suffering and death for us can only be attributed to two things— (1) His pure love for the Father, which is illustrated by his obedience.  Everything Christ did, he did because it was the will of the Father.  And...

Season 1 “A New Voice of Freedom,” Podcast 13 “Reaching for Truth and Light.” 05.01.2021

Season 1 “A New Voice of Freedom,” Podcast 13 “Reaching for Truth and Light.” The story of science is the story of our mortal journey.  The story of religion is the story of our immortal journey.  Both are inextricably tied to this earth.  Because life is a journey, the ancients chose the epic format to tell the story of man. The epic is filled with gods and demons, heroes and villains, great batt...

Season 1 Podcast 12 Truth and Light 30.12.2020

We are sons and daughters of celestial royalty.  We left the Kingdom of God, our former home, because we wanted a physical body after the likeness of God and in the form and shape of our spirits, which are also made in the image of God.  We wanted to live under temporal laws that we may have freedom. We wanted to live under spiritual laws that we may have agency.  We agreed to the veil because we...

Season 1 Podcast 11 Absolute Morality 20.12.2020

Truth is knowledge of reality based on absolute law. Truth is knowledge of the past, the present, and the future, of things as they really were, as they really are, and as they really will be. To receive a fulness of grace, we must seek truth and to the best of our ability obey the commandments of God established by his law of mercy.

Mini Podcast # 6 Joy and Adversity 17.12.2020

There  is no evil in the world that, with God’s help, we cannot overcome; no tragedy that we cannot rise above; and no sorrow that we cannot turn to our good.

Season 1 Podcast 10 In Search of the Holy Grail 14.12.2020

Season 1 Podcast 10 “In Search of the Holy Grail.” Science is looking for a unified field theory, one that ties all four forces of nature under one unified theory.  It is referred to as the Holy Grail of physics. The four forces of nature are ·      Gravity ·      Electromagnetic force ·      Strong nuclear force ·      Weak nuclear force The forces of nature govern all the laws of the universe. ...

Mini Podcast #5 Free Speech 03.12.2020

From the beginning, Christians have been a great force for freedom in this nation, but the liberals have caught us sleeping.  The word God is being removed from our Pledge of Allegiance, from our schools, and even from the halls of our Congress.  We are apologizing for our liberty, our language, our religion, our moral values, our standards, our laws, our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our beli...

Season 1 Podcast 9 "Atheism and Law" 02.12.2020

Season 1 Podcast 9 "Atheism and Law" Atheism appears to be increasing in the United States and Europe.  Each person has his or her own story and cannot be classified. The beauty of freedom is that each may choose his own form of belief.   There are two general classes, that some atheists, however few, appear to fall under. Class I applies to those of whom religion has suddenly become inc...

Mini Podcast # 4 The Spirit of Truth 26.11.2020

We experience freedom as we make choices in our lives. The consequences may not always be apparent until sometime down the road. The purpose of manmade laws is to free us from our temporal enemies that we, of our own freewill, by obedience to the laws assigned to this world, may inherit life, liberty, and happiness.

Season 1 Podcast 8, "Where Do Laws Come From?" 24.11.2020

Season 1 Podcast # 8 "Where Do Laws Come From?"   We have all heard the conundrum, what came first, the chicken or the egg?  It is similar to the question, ‘What came first the act of creation or the laws of creation?’   Growing out of the scientific explanation of the big bang as the beginning of creation some fourteen billion years ago, science appears to assume that all creation came...

Mini Podcast # 3 Gethsemane 20.11.2020

It wasn’t on his golden throne that he saved us.  It was in the wilderness of life where he resisted all temptation.  It was in the garden of Gethsemane where Christ suffered for the sins of the world.  It was on the cross on Calvary’s hill.  It was Christ coming forth from the tomb.

Season 1 Podcast 7 Tyranny of Political Correctness 18.11.2020

Absolute moral values are being replaced with relative values under the guise of political correctness.  We are voluntarily giving up our freedom of speech by adopting political correctness in an effort to avoid offending others.  And in the process we are forfeiting our basic rights of freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of conscience, and freedom of thought.

Mini Pod # 2 Positive Action 12.11.2020

There is no evil that, with God’s help, we cannot overcome; no tragedy that we cannot rise above; and no sorrow that we cannot turn to our good.

Season 1 Podcast 6 "Tyranny Against Christianity" 10.11.2020

Tyranny Against Religion Please read the statement of one of the early 2020 Presidential contenders of the left during the democratic debates: “There can be no reward, no benefit, no tax break for anyone or any institution, any organization in America, that denies the full human rights and the full civil rights of every single one of us.  So as president, we’re going to make that a priority, and w...

Season 1 Podcast 5 The Red Headed League 03.11.2020

What happens when the government gets into the business of distributing gifts? A poet becomes a plumber, a plumber becomes a pilot, a pilot becomes a mortician, and the only thing equal is discontent.  A perpetual state of war, want, and irresolvable discontent are the only ways those in power can guarantee continued control over minorities. If they have no cause, minorities have no discontent.  I...

Mini Pod # 1 Faith and Hope 30.10.2020

Today trials seem to follow trials in an endless chain which challenges faith and sometimes brings despair. But no trial turns to tragedy until we give up hope.

Season 1 Podcast 4 Machiavellian Pragmatism 27.10.2020

Machiavellian Pragmatism  Lord Acton said, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men..."  In 1513 Nicolo Machiavelli wrote The Prince, otherwise known as The Little Book, a diabolical manual for gaining power and holding power mercilessly.  Perhaps Machiavelli was the inspiration for Lord Acton’s comment because in The Prince Machiave...
