If most "bad things" that happen are "just in our minds". Then why worry?  Let's take a look at the various situations and see if we can determine the "best" time to worry.  It might surprise you.

Often times, musicians, artists, creatives, even business people don't really know if they're appreciated. That little bit of appreciation that might come from one's audience is often the only compensation that person gets. Let's learn to be generous with it.

Do habits run our lives? When you put the question that way, we can almost seem like automatons. However, if we are, or if we aren't our habits, either way, we need to look at them. Let's explore it just a little bit.

There's nothing more empowering than letting your snake go. Your snake, when you let it go, is going to run away from you. It's not going to attack you. You're bigger than it and it's going to run away from you. It's time to get over it and bust a move. Let's talk about it.

I'm finding that the Mindset about helping yourself before you help others is absolutely true. I almost hate to say that, because, I like helping other people. But if one isn't in a place to be able to help themselves, they can't help others. Especially, if others don't want help or don't see that they need help. Have a listen and let's talk about it.
