A Fresh Word with Minister Valerie

The Bible tells us that a Child was born and a Son was given. Jesus, who's to be called "Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace!

Time for a change! You've done it your way long enough. Time to seek wise counsel.

Proverbs 30:32-33 - "If you have been a fool by being proud or plotting evil, cover your mouth in shame. As the beating of cream yields butter and striking the nose causes bleeding, so stirring up anger causes quarrels." Psalms 141:4 - "Don’t let me drift toward evil or take part in acts of wickedness. Don’t let me share in the delicacies of those who do wrong."

1 John 5:14 - " This is the confidence we have in approaching God; that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us."

The horrible incident of the 11 yr old Clayton County is now being treated as human sex trafficking case. We have to stand firm and pray against the tricks of the enemy. He comes but to steal, kill & destroy. But we serve a powerful God, who gives us the victory over the enemy. Let's pary y'all for these babies.

Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. James 1:2‭-‬4 NLT

We can have perfect peacefulness in Christ Jesus. "'He said to them, “Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was [at once] a great and wonderful calm [a perfect peacefulness]."  Matthew 8:26 AMP

Renew means to make new spiritually; to regenerate; to restore to existence; to make or become new, fresh, or strong again; to make, do, or begin again; or to put in a fresh supply of. When you come to Jesus, you a made new inwardly. Let us pray! Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. - 2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV

God inhabits the praises of His people! #ScriptureoftheDay: "I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. " Psalms 34:1 NKJV

Faith is believing the unseen. Despite how bad the situation may look, with God all things are possible!

The issues, problems, and trials we experience can make us feel like God doesn't care. But to the contrary, God is very much so concerned about every detail of your life. "The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands." Psalm 138:8 KJV

We are destroying sophisticated arguments and every exalted and proud thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought and purpose captive to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5 AMP
