A Conduit’s Diary

Episode 8 brings us to a little suburb of Phoenix called Gilbert, where Stephanie found a house she wants to buy. Unfortunately, it's already occupied. Nothing like a "Hey lets get lunch!" phone call that ends in "Can you exorcism this home for me?"

Haley is a local celebrity. Well, as "local" as you can be with a few million Instagram followers. Imagine my surprise when she e-mailed me for help for her haunting. Shit got weird, like it always does. 

Apparently there's an app where you set an "intention" and it takes you to a spot based on points. These points can be spiritual or physical or whatever. What a nice surprise to lead Gemma, Monique and I to a fucking graveyard. 

Tucson, 2007 - pt 2 Remember that TV show from when we were kids? Hey Cowboy! It was on a children's network - cheesy, set in the desert southwest at a real dude ranch. Turns out a short, relatively unmarked hike in the desert will take you to the set. What ever happened to that show anyway?

What's family for, other than asking you for favors and not paying you? Meet Stephanie - my older sister the real estate mogul. Over lunch she asked me for a favor - kinda. We journey a town or two over to Mesa, a suburb of Phoenix, to investigate a flip turned haunted. 

For episode 3 we spend a hot as all hell afternoon - and night - just east of Phoenix in horse country. Here we meet a different kind of haunt - the one that likes to cling to you and cause problems. Today we're going going back back to...college. Tucson, Arizona 2007.  I think context is important. How did I get here? Where did it all start? I can't bring you back to when I was a tadpole, but I can take you on the (long) journey to figure my shit out. Just kidding, I'm still figuring it out.
