While this isn't my penultimate list of movie favorites, it's pretty darn close.   And because one movie an episode just ins't good enough, I've created ridiculous themes to make space for double features.  Today's topic of conversation - romantic adventures with a bit of whimsy and magic...also known as The Princess Bride and Stardust.

And now for a brief conversation on a horrible movie that I love anyway.  I'm a bit fan of those kinds of movies, and a big fan of Keanu Reeves, despite his questionable acting skills.  But he sure is pretty.

If you don't love Keanu Reeves, I'm afraid that we can't be friends.  Is he the best actor ever?  A resounding no.  But his good guy persona isn't an act, and he's disgustingly handsome.  That's why he gets his own week as I gear up for season 6.  Sidenote - I apologize for the behavior of my cats and dog.  Just so you know...they have zero remorse for interrupting th...

We're ending season 5 with a conversation full of other Muppet and Jim Henson moments I love.  From Fraggle Rock to the Frog Prince and almost everywhere inbetween.  I hope you have some pop culture corner you love as much as I love the master storytelling and memorable characters that Henson built...no matter how old I get.
