It’s easy to feel overwhelmed with everything that is going on around us all the time. It feels like our world is full of chaos and we are just stuck in the corner hoping to survive.

When we compare ourselves with others, it’s easy to feel like what we bring to the table pales in comparison to what we see others doing.

Sometimes the greatest challenge we have to overcome isn’t a result of a bad choice that we made, it’s the result of someone else who made a bad decision. How do we move on from that?

A lot of us struggle to feel like we matter to anyone. Sometimes we wonder if anyone would notice if we weren’t around anymore.
