This is a good one! Seth Chapman is the Roast Master for Water Street Coffee in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Seth is responsible for sourcing and roasting coffee for Water Street, as well as quality control, roast profile development, and many other coffee and tea-driven projects. He is a certified Q Grader, and has just returned form an origin trip to Costa Rica earlier this month.
