Beast Morphers is a season that quite possibly did THE most in terms of setting up the Power Rangers franchise especially in regards to history continuity. One of the biggest pieces of American Anime culture is Ninja Scroll. While it wasn't popular in its home country of Japan, American audiences saw this as true cinema. The animation is stunning, the voice acting is perfect, the story is memorable and the action is legendary. It would be our pleasure to review this classic that made all three of us anime fans.   

This film is a passion project from Eddie Murphy top to bottom and thats not a bad thing. The movie is like a high school reunion in that you're there for the nostalgia and seeing what everyone is up to and that is why the movie works. Fred Hampton was a socialist revolutionary who led the Illinois chapter of the Black Panthers which painted a big target on his back by the the FBI. This film gives us a general idea of who Fred Hampton was from the perspective of William O'Neal who was an FBI informant sent to infiltrate the Black Panthers. They don't paint William in any positive light which further makes the movie work overall...
