Kids. All Lego Movie podcasts start with kids. So I got mine to sit down with me and talk about what they loved about the Lego Batman Movie.

Later when she falls overboard and suffers amnesia from a bump on the head, Dean tricks her into coming back home with him and pretends she is the mother of his four children.

The world meets nobody halfway, least of all Lincoln Hawk. He's a hard-working truck driver who's driven to bond with his estranged son and does so through truck driving and arm wrestling. It's a rocky start, but we won't leave you with a cliffhanger. He must go all the way to the arm wrestling championship in Vegas to keep his son. It's over the top. And that's the title of the movie too.

She might've worn blue velvet, but that didn't really change how we felt about this movie. We came away from this one not hating or loving David Lynch... just realizing that he might not be our cup of tea. John and Pat talk about deconstructing American life, threnodies, and Laura Dern.
