2 Kims 1 Pod

Peter and I let our inner curmudgeons fly on this one! We complain about our in-laws, our selves and audacity of families to have healthy emotional dynamics. And as for our KickAssKoreans and ASSAs - LISTEN TO FIND OUT! They're worth the listen!

Support our #Kickasskorean of the week: Chef Esther Choi @choibites

She's a quickie this week cuz Eunji is trying to make $100. And STILL, Peter and Eunji had time to spiral about work, not working and EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER BEING IN ITALY at the moment. We got special KAKs and skincare-centric ASSAs this week! LISTEN AND FIND OUT!

Peter and I go off about economic judo, Costco memberships and getting that GOOD eternal sleep. We consider the korean chicken, moon face representation and again, going to sleep. KickAssKoreans: LISTEN TO FIND OUT! Introducing a NEW SEGMENT called: ASSA!, where we highlight products, shows and just things we love. Capitalism!

WE KNOW the audio on Eunji's track is crap this week - we tried to address it as much as we could in POST! We still manage to drag our families, all of Las Vegas and anyone who DARES TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A WOMAN'S BODY with this horrible audio. How dare we? We dare. Kickass Koreans this week are important! Just listen to find out!!

Shout out to our #kickasskorean - none other than President Biden's appointee as the Associate Administrator of the Small Business Administration - - Jen Kim! @kimji1211

We wax poetic about our trip to DC, our love of YOU, our listeners and the love we feel every time we do live shows. We love y'all and we should tell you more often! KickAss Koreans this week: LISTEN AND FIND OUT!

Another week, another episode about TRAUMA, GRIEF AND NORAH JONES. Peter & Eunji dish on deciding to turn the emotional page, allowing yourself to feel and again, NORAH JONES. We are still figuring out recording and posting schedules and so we DO APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND CHILL.

SOLO EP TODAY! Sorry for the delay! We're still working out our new schedules! Eunji goes off about self-worth, self-love and cellphones! KickassKorean: Eric Kim NYT writer of the new cookbook - KOREAN AMERICAN!

Peter and I dive into another episode on a LATE NIGHT RECORDING. This one's full of disappointments, revelations about realizing your worth, stepping into your power and BITCH ASS (the movie). KickAssKoreans this week: The Korean place in Austin, K-BOP that Peter refused to give the specific address to (LOOK IT UP YOURSELF) and indie filmmaker Chris Chan Lee.

Peter and I go OFF on racism (we are anti), capitalism and AMERICA. In other words, a classic Ajumma show BANGER. UPDATE: This episode title puts Ajumma Show into the top 1% of podcasts where the word SHAME appears in episode titles. This weeks KickAssKoreans: Jo-Ann Yoo & Joon Choi!

Peter and Eunji dive into some emotional shit, wallow in it and then try to deny that it ever even happened. This week's KickAssKoreans: Documentary filmmaker & director Iris Shim & Duo, a new DC Asian-American hero from the minds of Greg Pak (Batman/Superman), penciler Khoi Pham (Teen Titans).

Peter and I talk loin pulls and the dangers of feeling TOO good. KickAssKoreans: K.W. Lee & Jung Ho-yeon and Lee Jung-jae!!!

This week, Peter and Eunji breakdown derivatives - creative and comedic ones - not math ones. And we're excited to announce....WE'RE COMING TO DC IN JUNE!!!!! KickAssKoreans this week: Emma EunJoo Choi @emmaeunjoo & filmmakers Julie Ha & Eugene Yi!

This week, Peter is OUT being successful and busy in show business - while Eunji is SOLO is the cold basement and being VERY EMO and IN HER FEELS. She goes deep into friendship, forgiveness and orgasms. This week's KickAssKoreans: The #GarlicGirls, the S. Korean Women's curling team!

This week, Peter discusses his escape to a private California nature oasis while Eunji freezes in her cold basement in a full coat and hat. We dissect our disappointments in ourselves and in natural wine. KickAssKoreans this week: #JasonMoon & #Awkwafina!

As we near our FIVE year anniversary, Peter & I reflect on the importance of this space, goblin cocks, getting older & being gloriously offensive. We're figuring out a new schedule for recording so please bear with us during this time! HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR!!!! KAK: PETER'S MOM & #CHARLESPARK
