As Jamin went to pray, a dream he had about 1208 that morning popped into his mind. As he reflected on it, he felt it important to lean into the themes found there. And out of those themes came this message, calling the post-pandemic church out of apathy.

In this message, Professor Mark Edwards brings us a great teaching on the importance of replacement. It doesn't work well for us to simply stop doing something—we must replace bad things with good things as the Holy Spirit grows his fruit in us. Mark takes these principles in directions that feed well into our sociology and our personal lives.

While Jamin's been engaging in spiritual warfare over the last few months, he's been reflecting on the importance of wearing the armor of God. In this message, he hones in on a few thoughts from Ephesians 6 that have come up along the way.

So often we do ministry without the Holy Spirit, but that was never Jesus's intent. In this message Jamin calls us to be faithful to the giftings the Holy Spirit has given us so that we can do ministry well and so that in our faithfulness, we might receive additional empowerment to do more.

Everyone that believes in God eventually has to face a theological conundrum: God loves us and has all the power, yet unloving things happen to us that he could have technically prevented. There are some people who, for whatever reason, are quite capable of forgiving others but incapable of forgiving themselves. Such people might even need to ask others to constantly forgive them for something they've already been forgiven for. In this message we talk about the spiritual importance of not just forgiving others for their sin, but forgiving ourselves too.

To summarize Jesus's teachings on forgiveness: do it always and do it quick. That's a hard lesson to learn and a difficult one to process. In this message Jamin talks more about what forgiveness is and isn't, and why it matters from a spiritual perspective.

In this deeply experiential message, Jamin leads 1208 in creating a sacred space to meet with God in the mind, which is a spiritual tactic that has proven itself effective for him and others over and over throughout the years.

To kick off our new series on inner healing, Jamin first talks about geographical locations and the authority we have as Christians to cleanse it and invite the Holy Spirit into it. This will lead to further discussion on cleansing our bodies as sacred space for the Holy Spirit.

In Bible school, students are taught to never take the Bible out of context when they quote it. Yet the Bible does this quite often. Why is that?

Some issues in the church are not worth fighting over and some are. In this episode, we see Paul address a few issues that aren't worth fighting over in the church.
