Leviticus 11 contains the Creator’s instructions for what we are supposed to consider clean for food as well as very specific things are deemed unclean. Much to the disappointment of many, pigs are on the unclean list. Modern day science, however, has shown time and again the wisdom in commanding us not to eat swine. Let's take a brief look at some pig science.
