I have no words for what I feel, all I can tell you is I've been still. Listening to my body and catering to its needs, it feels weird in a good way.

Another infamous ride home and my mind is rambling. What are some things you find yourself daydreaming about.

"What a day this has been, what a rare mood I'm in... why it's almost like being in love" I keep this song near and dear to my heart when it's time to warm up and when times are tough.

Recalibrating my mind after some revelations. Focusing living and loving more! Being proactive and intentional each day. Fruits of the Spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control.

Being Present can be tough but it's this year's theme for me. I want to master it because I feel as an artist who inspires others it's something that should matter. I dont take lightly any interaction or anyone that crosses my path. I honor and salute anyone that I'm blessed to speak with. As I'm living in the moment I'm still working on learning how to let go! It's tough but a necessary skill when it comes to managing your emotions.

Recognizing the seasons as they manifest in my life.

This episode unveils the ebs and flows over the past week - I believe I've hit a peak this go round and I'm climbing down the mountain back into another valley. It's ok, for these cycles continue on. As I dig deep and gather strength from within I know that another high point will come around soon enough.
