The Lazy Geeks

In a rare Christmas Eve episode, the guys talk about their plans for Christmas Eve and day. What they like and don’t like about it. We are seriously light on news, so it’s just both of them talking. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

People discuss all the time whether Star Wars or Star Trek is better. Why can’t they just exist together? Both are so different that they don’t cross paths. The guys get together to discuss what is different and unique. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The guys are talking about the shift in Apple under Tim Cook. Changes in Apple’s strategies for selling refurbished devices, no longer reporting iPhone sales, and throttling devices. Steven reviews watching Christopher Robin and Won’t You Be My Neighbor documentary. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

With all these streaming services coming out, how many streaming services are too many? This is what ala carte cable would be. A listener suggested about the “hollow Moon” theory, which gave us something to talk about. Also, a Nazi Dad. That’s all that needs to be said. Hosted on Acast. Nothing pisses off Adam more than when you talk about Flat Earth. Recently, Google decided to change something about Google Earth that has Flat Earthers pissed off. Also, Adam is really getting into Riverdale for some reason. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Happy Halloween, everyone. The guys discuss what Adam will be doing for it. The main issue is that people complain about free speech. How they can say anything they want ‘cause of free speech. Problem is that no one understands how it works. We’re here to make you understand. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The guys discuss the craziness of the DC Cinematic Universe. None of it makes sense. They start with trying to make it like Marvel, now they have Joker coming out. A new Batman? This is something that has us frustrated. Plus, Adam got himself a dog. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The guys sit-down and discuss “white privilege”. Too many people take it literally and it bugs Adam. Being Boston Irish, he isn’t cool with people accusing him of gain from his whiteness. Some take it too literally and that isn’t cool. Plus, Steven is thinking of making the big switch to Apple from Android. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Just ask them. As we wait for the fourth Avengers movie, we see a fan theory play itself out. Sony hasn’t been having a good time. They don’t believe in crossplay and that is from an old marketing mentality. Fortnite may be the lesson they need to learn. Also, backwards compatibility is an issue, and don’t get us started on their PSOne retro console. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more...
