There were a few things to like this month, and we began with some of the positive changes to the Borg megacube event that's currently running now! Then we'll transition to the changes with Forbidden Technology and see how that's changed, but what soured the month is the monetization and the 'pay to participate' model that seems to inundate everything Scopely touched this month. with one exception...

Don't let the title fool you, there's a lot more TO this arc to discuss, but it seems everytime we try to focus in on a subject, we come right back to the same "pay to participate" kinda conversation. So why are we here? What is on the horizon? and what are players doing OR not doing that sends the message to scopely decision makers, be it right or wrong. More to follow..... Today Bubba Joe was in rare form as he and DJz debated what mechanics in the game are entitlements, which are supposed to be expanded, and what mechanics SHOULD be allowed to f2p and spenders to accomplish any sort of balance or strategy in this game. Eco has a candid conversation with DJz this morning about what is good and what is bad in the patch notes regarding the start of the October Arc. Is it all great? nope. But not all bad either. However, there is a real come to reality moment when DJz presses Eco on "sentiment killing" decisions.... Why is the Monaveen sourcing just.... bad?  Visit our website for more information www. DJz was off, so Bubba took the reigns. What resulted was what some are calling one of the most honest and raw shows of the year! Enjoy the listen!

This episode hopefully closes the book on what appeared to be a dreadful arc, with a few shiny spots. But sadly, when you really look at it, this can only be just the beginning. With such a terrible state of PVP as it stands today, what can come that possibly makes this better? New officers must complete the set, but those abilities will do nothing to solve the damage output problem. Where do we g...
