Randy Thiel talks his career that took him from giving up a secure job in public health to gambling on himself and going to UC Davis for a masters degree in brewing. Randy helped start Brewery Ommegang and was knighted by the Brewer's Guild of Belgium. Randy has been the Quality Control Director at New Glarus since 2008 and we are lucky to have him!
