The name change happened 9/29/25, according to journalist Jeremy Lee Quinn, who found out about the story from me and cited me and did additional legwork to obtain that date. This is consistent with the fact that he was incarcerated in May and June under the name James Everette Tsang. Tsang happens to be the surname of the now-deceased previous owner of the house.
