In the second season premiere of The Heartland Author Podcast , host Aaron Apollo Camp provides advice for fiction authors who are or are considering creating constructed languages, or conlangs, for their works and describes the difference between an a priori conlang and an a posteriori conlang.

In this short episode, I talk about the first anniversary of self-publishing Lady in the Fast Lane and the writing slump I've been in since self-publishing Lady in the Fast Lane . You can purchase Lady in the Fast Lane from one of the retailers listed in the Books2Read page at https://books2read.com/u/b558NA .

In the Best of #AuthorTube playlist on my YouTube channel, one of the videos I recently included is not like the others. I explain why a NASCAR-related video is featured in my Best of #AuthorTube playlist on YouTube in this podcast episode, and I also explain why alignment charts can help fiction authors with character development.  You can find my YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c...

In this episode, I give my thoughts about the erotica poetry and art collection Afterglow by November Rhodes, which is available in ebook format on Amazon. While I have a strongly favorable opinion of Afterglow, I explain in this episode why I'm not going to write erotica works of my own, and why I prefer to write works in other genres, complete with a JFK reference!

This episode is a two-segment episode. In the first segment, host Aaron Apollo Camp interviews indie author Marc Cavella. Cavella is the author of Tabernacle and The Ballad of Ricky Risotto . In the second segment, Aaron provides a preview of his upcoming YouTube Video about the fifteen-beat plot structure for fiction books.
