This week on Castranger we discuss the debut of Saber's Elemental Dragon form and the amazing episode around it, then we discuss the debut of ZenkaiMagine and the... episode around it, then we go back in time to the remaining Kenshi Retsuden episodes to learn a bit of the emotional depth and backstory behind Kento and Rintaro.   Casters Present:  Blue Gray Gold Orange  Show Notes: https://www.patr...

This week on Castranger, HOO BOY did Saber decide to kick it up a few notches this week! With the return of Kento, everything we know about this show is becoming questioned! On the other side of the toku fence, we meet sentai's possible first reverse furry, then he gets handed a gun. Only good things can result from this, I'm sure. Finally, for our feature topic, we finally start looking back at t...

Kiramager has come to a close, and my god, what a fantastic show it's been. As we approach the Kiramager finale, we decided to do something a little different. Next week we'll discuss the last two eps of Kiramager, so instead of that this week we shoehorned in the first episode of Power Rangers Dino Fury. Was it as bad as we were expecting? But first, we check in with Touma and friends as an excursion into the evidently-huge Southern Base leads to more questions and the n...

This week's news includes a new Rider, new Saber forms, some Zenkaiger info, calendars, manga, and some weird merch.  Casters Present:  Blue Gray Gold  YouTube Version : [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNlmNzTBvRo]   Feed the Castrangers and get $5 off your first order with SkipTheDishes! https://www.skipthedishes.com/r/6YaJc65HKg

Gar isn't with us this week so we make do somehow. Lane's on a decent mic now! This week we talk about how Touma just oozes badass left and right this week on Saber, Garza has his entire emotional arc crammed into a single episode of Kiramager, and Den-O puts out Pretty Den-O, aka the bare minimum required to maintain its license, Fantastic Four style, but it actually turns out to be entertaining?...

Big Saber rumors, a big Saber figure, info on the sixth Zenkaiger, Power Rangers Dino Fury info, more Decade 21 stuff, and lots more.   Casters Present:  Blue Gray Gold Orange  YouTube Version : [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bED...

Lane's moving away so this is our last episode together as roommates! :( In Saber, Yuuri pulls another bullshit power out of his ass as a new Megiddo continues to make things awkward for Touma. In Kiramager, a shapeshifting impostor turns what we expected to be a funny episode into one that ended up deeply emotional and a little bit disturbing? Finally, for our feature topic, we talk about Bioman,...

Five Casters are here this week as we discuss some very shadowy episodes. Touma and Yuuri work out their buddy arrangements while saving Yuki from the Yeti, we get our one-episode general for Kiramager with a name that's just unfortunate for English speakers, and our first Showa Rider tribute of the year takes us all the way back to the first theatrical Kamen Rider release ever. What sort of tone...

As usual, something amazing got revealed the day after we recorded the previous episode, and it turns out while our guesses on Decade's new form weren't very wrong, none of us could have imagined this disaster. Oh, but Zi-O will not be left out, his new form is awful too. We also got the full suit reveals for Kamen Rider Metsuboujinrai and Kamen Rider Zaia, and they're.... ehh? All this and more o...

Three Little Casters assemble to discuss this week's tokusatsu episodes. First off, Yuri tries to acclimatize to the modern age, but he isn't the brightest sword-man, and Ichi isn't happy. Finally, we get back to Samurai Flamenco, and we finally reach the moment where shit gets real, and MAN does it get cranked up fast. But are...
