We need to know the faith we have – Jesus faith… Galatians 2:20 (ASV) 20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ liveth in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me. Romans 8:6 6 Now the mind of the flesh [which is sense and reason without the Holy Spirit] is...

Spiritual warfare is fought on the battlefield of the mind. 2 Corinthians 10:5 5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One), We have authority in the name of Jesus.  The area you a...

Deuteronomy 31 8 It is the Lord who goes before you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or abandon you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” Don't lose Hope. Even when everything seems to be going wrong and you feel alone, God is still there. He has been there the whole time waiting for you to reach out to Him Join Us Today as Pastor Patrick Gloria delivers a sermon about how even when everything a...

2 Corinthians 12:10 10 So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak [in human strength], then am I [truly] strong (able, powerful in divine strength). We are all weak outside of Christ.  Be advised: this sense of entitlement that is prominent in our culture is PRIDE.  You know why we...

John 5:19 19 So Jesus answered them by saying, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does is what the Son does in the same way [in His turn]. We have confidence, but our confidence is in the Lord; holy boldness in our life is not ‘I can’, but simply I am...

You will never experience the life of God over the level of your believing. If you don’t believe it, you won’t receive it. Your mind says ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to God. Proverbs 16:1 The plans of the mind and orderly thinking belong to man, but from the Lord comes the [wise] answer of the tongue. Naaman almost missed healing for life because of pride! He offered to pay Elisha, but Elisha said no, it cannot...

We fight by feeding, believing, receiving. When our believing is right, our asking is right. Our battle is not over until we win; if we don’t quit, we win. We receive victory from the Lord and walk it out. 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 27 [No] for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is foolish to put the wise to shame, and what the world calls weak to put the strong to shame. 28 And God al...

Heaven is looking for direction, not perfection. *It’s not about how you start but about how Jesus transforms you!    Judges 6:14-16 14 The Lord turned to him and said, Go in this your might, and you shall save Israel from the hand of Midian. Have I not sent you? 15 Gideon said to Him, Oh Lord, how can I deliver Israel? Behold, my clan is the poorest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s...

1 Corinthians 1:26-27 26 For [simply] consider your own call, brethren; not many [of you were considered to be] wise according to human estimates and standards, not many influential and powerful, not many of high and noble birth. 27 [No] for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the world is foolish to put the wise to shame, and what the world calls weak to put the strong to shame. God is not...

Our weakness does not hinder God; when we are surrendered, God loves to manifest His strength in every area.  1 Corinthians 1:26-27 26 For [simply] consider your own call, brethren; not many [of you were considered to be] wise according to human estimates and standards, not many influential and powerful, not many of high and noble birth. 27 [No] for God selected (deliberately chose) what in the wo...

Different Christian tribes use different terminology; whatever words you use – receive Him! God’s anointing is not a thing or a one-time event; God’s anointing is a Person, His name is Jesus, the Anointed One.  Acts 10:38 38 How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the [Holy] Spirit and with strength and ability and power; how He went about doing good and, in particular, curing all...

We are to be the supernatural church that presents Jesus to the natural world. 1 Corinthians 2:4 4 And my language and my message were not set forth in persuasive (enticing and plausible) words of wisdom, but they were in demonstration of the [Holy] Spirit and power [a proof by the Spirit and power of God, operating on me and stirring in the minds of my hearers the most holy emotions and thus pers...

Receiving God’s Best for Your Family All parents / grandparents want their kids to be successful, protected, peaceful, prosperous, healthy.   Father wants the same for them… and you. Psalm 128  1 Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is everyone who fears, reveres, and worships the Lord, who walks in His ways and lives according to His commandments. 2 For you shall eat [the fruit] of the labor...

John 14:26     But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you. The ministry of the Holy Spirit will help you remember...

Triple Anointing – Yours! Part 4 John 16:7 7 However, I am telling you nothing but the truth when I say it is profitable (good, expedient, advantageous) for you that I go away. Because if I do not go away, the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you [into close fellowship with you]; but if I go away, I will send Him to you [to be in close fe...

*Because of the better covenant, the blood of Jesus, not only  do we get Holy Spirit power on us like Gideon, Samson, and David, but we also get His powerful anointing, 24/7, dwelling in us to teach and guide us in all things. 1 John 2:27 27 But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that a...

1 Timothy 4:8      For physical training is of some value, but Godliness (spiritual training) is of value in everything and in every way, since it holds promise for the present life and for the life to come. God will use the struggles we go through in our life to teach us how to deal with our future problems. He has a way of turning failures, hardships, and disappointments into great victories for...

1 John 2:27 27 But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anoi...

*Our real sense of value and peace and purpose does not come with information, but only comes from revelation – Jesus!  Only He fulfills and satisfies your soul. Ecclesiastes 3:11 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds [a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can sat...
